We specialise in No-code development using platforms like Bubble and Webflow. Our development team is also experienced with JavaScript and AI integration.

How large is your development team, and what roles are typically involved in a project?
Our team includes 8 developers, 1 business analyst, 2 project managers, and 1 CTO. We typically assign 1 developer and 1 Project Manager per project.
Who are the team members who would be working on our project and who can we have access to speak to throughout the project?
Your main contacts will be your assigned project manager and George, our Commercial Director. We mainly communicate via email and WhatsApp.

What development methodologies do you follow (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.)?
We follow the Scrumban methodology which is a project management methodology that combines two common agile strategies: Scrum and Kanban
How do you handle project management, communication, and feedback?
We use project charters, detailed user stories, weekly demos, and regular communication over email and WhatsApp.
How often and in what format will we receive project updates?
We provide weekly status reports but can increase frequency based on project needs.We are flexible on this aspect, as we understand some projects need to have more frequent communication and meetings. Our Project Managers and Commercial Director can be easily reached via phone or whatsapp every day for any questions or comments.
What tools do you use for project management and communication?
We use ClickUp for project management and prefer email/WhatsApp for communications.

Payment structure and terms:
What are your payment terms?
We collect payment 1 week in advance on a weekly basis, but we're willing to discuss more customised plans to suit each client's preferences. Decodifi has been operating for 20 months, as a subsidiary of Nephos Solutions, a software company founded in 2015. Our standard terms and conditions are available upon request.
Intellectual Property:
How do you handle intellectual property rights for the project developed?
You maintain full ownership of all IP and rights for the custom project work.
