We just got bigger! Vensis and Decodifi have merged our two businesses. We will combine industry experience with AI speed to disrupt the slow, costly norms of software delivery, and bring a new standard that will benefit businesses and transform the market.
Decodifi use AI tools to take on the labour-intensive tasks, dramatically reducing development cycle by up to 80%. The use of AI isn’t just limited to the Decodifi development team, with many client projects featuring agentic AI, helping organisations of all sizes to realise the benefits of AI in a secure, consistent, and predictable way.
Ben Geldeard, Managing Director of Vensis, said: “We’re bringing together two talented teams of developers to build better software, faster. Vensis has a strong track record in complex, data-driven systems, and with Decodifi’s AI expertise, we can deliver even more value, faster, for our clients. But it’s important to recognise that speed never comes at the expense of architectural integrity, from initial prototypes to enterprise-grade systems.”
Decodifi has evolved from its origins in low-code to become a specialised AI-native developer. The company’s success is driven by a bespoke AI-first framework, which has included building the Minimal Viable Product for health-tech startup Life Dash, and digitally transforming established logistics provider TFS Express. The Decodifi system allows full-stack developers to build fully coded, scalable, and robust products up to five times faster than traditional development cycles.
Charlie Bartle, CEO of Decodifi, will continue to advise the new business, said: "This merger is more than a strategic move; it’s a disruption of the traditional development landscape. Having already seen significant success with the projects our team has delivered using this framework, we have proven that our AI-first approach can outperform legacy cycles by fivefold. By joining forces with Vensis, we are doubling down on that bold vision and will combine raw innovation with enterprise scale to fundamentally break the slow, costly norms of the software industry."
Ben finished: “We are excited to work with businesses that need to upgrade legacy, fragmented, or often Excel based systems that are holding them back. With Decodifi on board we are able to combine our deep technical knowledge and modernise systems quickly to help drive business growth and ensure organisations remain reliable and are not held-back by operational lag.”
