Charlie Bartle

The creative mind

Charlie is a business leader with expertise in recruitment, HR, and the tech industry. She founded and grew a recruitment business, later evolving it into a consultancy that helps organisations tackle complex challenges. Known for simplifying issues and delivering measurable value, she creates tailored solutions for clients.

Outside of work, Charlie is a mum of two and a fitness enthusiast, balancing her time between running, yoga, and HIIT sessions to stay energised and focused.

George has a degree in Business & Finance and Law and an MBA from Anglia RuskinUniversity. He is no stranger to the start-up world, being an investor and entrepreneur himself, with 2 tech startups created. His expertise lies increating tech stacks for businesses and helping to develop MVPs for start-ups.

David Pearce

The startup guru

David is a physician turned developer. He has built and exited two SaaS companies over the last 12 years and been an early-stage angel investor since 2015. He now mentors and sits on the board of successful start-ups in the medical, education and legal sectors.

David is passionate about helping founders reach their goals of getting investment but even more importantly having fun along the way because if it's not fun, it's not worth doing!

Jacqui Stead

The numbers master

Jacqui has over 30 years of experience working in accountancy practices in audit and company accounts preparation. She has spent the last 5 years working with rapidly growing technology start-ups helping them to get their finances in order.

Jacqui is passionate about helping entrepreneurs establish their companies and seeing them grow and thrive in their new ventures. In her free time, she loves spending time with her grandkids and cats.
